Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is a flat rate of £3.50 on any in stock order or Free when you spend £50+ on products (exclusions apply to some postcodes- see below). Delivery time given by Royal Mail is an estimate and is not guaranteed. 

We are currently dispatching with Royal Mail Tracked to Mainland UK addresses Only. Some exclusions apply and the following postcards are not included:- BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW & ZE. If you live in these postcodes and wish to purchase please contact us to check if a delivery is possible. 

No International shipping is available at this time.

Orders are usually dispatched next working day, so confirm before 4pm on Monday and parcel despatched on Tuesday and so on. Orders placed Friday and over weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. 

All new items are well packed and sent in a box.

Once parcel is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation, this will detail the carrier used and if applicable the tracking details and a link to track your order. 
Delivery time for Tracked 48 is usually 2-4 days after dispatch. Most orders are delivered on time however this can sometimes be longer depending on the courier and current circumstances, busy periods, strikes etc. Once dispatched we have no control on how long the delivery may take. No claims for loss can be considered until 21 days from dispatch. 

**There is a maximum quantity of 1 copy of the same puzzle/title per customer/address. We are a retail site catering to retail customers, not a supplier for resellers. We reserve the right to cancel/amend/allocate orders that look to be going to resellers at our discretion. We will not send to fulfilment centres, the address should be your own.
